FBA and FBM at the same time
I have "FBA enrollment opportunities" So I wanted to send some product to Amazon to be in their FBA program. When I click the "Create a new FBA offer" and type in the details, it says the listing will be available in 15 minutes. This was 2 days ago, and I have tried 5 different times. No listing ever shows up. I have been on the phone with seller support for 3 hours. They have no idea how to fix the problem.
Can anyone help? I tried some forum post suggestions but "Add conditions" and other solutions don't exist on my listings. Maybe because I am Amazon Handmade?
Any support would be appreciated. I would like to sell FBM and FMA at the same time for a bunch of different products.

I'm just coming across this thread and wanted to check in with you, have you since been able to successfully create your FBA listing? If you're still running into this issue, can you please send me your case IDs? I'd be happy to take a further look into those correspondences to better determine the path forward with this!
