I need help removing feedback that is covered by the Buy Shipping guarantee

A customer left negative feedback for a damaged package without notifying us of the problem. This should be covered by our purchasing the shipping label from Amazon. We requested removal but were denied. How can we fix this? Looking for any help available.

Amazon's "Buy Shipping" program does not automatically cover the removal of negative feedback; however, if you are using Amazon's Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) program, which is often associated with "Buy Shipping," Amazon may remove negative feedback related to shipping, packaging, or customer service issues as they handle those aspects of the order.
