JP marketplace verification problem - no answer from Amazon

Hello everyone, I have problem with JP marketplace - it says that my account was deactivated but I actually never opened it. I have account in EU and USA and I’m not sure how this JP was marked as deactivated as I never wanted to open it. The issues is for more than half year and no answers from the Amazon Team (I already submitted the requested documents). What could I do in this situation?

From your post I understand that you have been working to try to resolve this issue for more than half of a year. Are you trying to activate the JP marketplace? Have you followed the verification steps to try to reopen the JP marketplace? Have you sent the requested documents?

Could you please share the last enforcement notification addressing the reason for your JP marketplace account’s deactivation? This will give us more clarity on what we need to do or submit going forward.

Dear Antonio,

Thank you so much for your time! Yes, I’m trying to unblock the JP marketplace because it was deactivated by Amazon (the problem is that I didn’t request to open a JP account but for some reason, Amazon asks for additional documents). I’ve followed the “Reactivate your account” instructions in “Account Health” and uploaded the requested documents.

The whole thing is that I didn’t want to open a JP account, but the system automatically opened not only the desired EU but USA+JP and I hadn’t been informed that I needed to upload these documents.

I’ve followed the “Reactivate your account” instructions in “Account Health” and uploaded the requested documents.
