We’ve encountered a frustrating situation regarding one of our Virtual Bundles and would really appreciate your guidance!

Here’s the issue:

We recently created a Virtual Bundle that combines several of our products, all of which have their FCC IDs correctly filled out in their individual ASINs. However, we received a Performance Notification stating that the FCC ID is missing for the Virtual Bundle ASIN in the FCC_radio_frequency_emission_compliance attribute.

The problem is:

Since this is a Virtual Bundle, we couldn’t find any field or section on the Virtual Bundle creation/editing page to input the FCC ID.

Every individual product within the Virtual Bundle already has FCC ID numbers entered correctly.

To resolve this, we created a support case and asked where the FCC ID for the Virtual Bundle ASIN can be added. Unfortunately, the responses have been repetitive and unhelpful—“Please fill out the FCC ID for this ASIN”—without actually explaining where or how we’re supposed to do this for a Virtual Bundle.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? How did you resolve it?

Is there a specific way to input FCC IDs for Virtual Bundles that we’re missing?

Could this be a system glitch, or are we misunderstanding the compliance requirements for Virtual Bundles?

Any advice or insight from someone who has dealt with a similar situation would be incredibly helpful.
