Hi, I am a new seller on Amazon, and was just working on getting A+ content for our product so we can have better advertisements to convert the clicks into sales. To do so, I was getting brand registry, and we have our brand up for registration in USPTO, and have applied for brand registry in Amazon, but had our request rejected once. It has been weeks since we have had the appeal up for weeks and have not heard yet. We want to get deeper into advertisements to increase sales but are troubled with this current situation. We also are unaware of any extra papers, if needed, we need to start preparing to quickly get our brand registered. How long does it take on average to take a look at our appeals? I have tried to talk on chat through help page, and call for help but the service center didn't seem to be aware of brand registry enough as well.
