Amazon Japan - Confused of Counterfit Without Test Buy
Hello All,
I had a seller accuse me of a "Counterfeit without a Test Buy" violation. Funny enough, this seller does not even sell a product resembling the one they complained about, which is strange.
I have been a Brand Registered Seller on Amazon with my own unique products for about 8 months now and the product is completely my own and the claim is absolutely baseless. I am sad/angry someone is doing something blatantly malicious to affect my business even though I am playing by the rules and did nothing wrong. I sent Amazon a photo of the product, proof of the invoice from my supplier, and my Trademark Receipt and I am hoping this is sufficient for them to let it go. I even emailed the complaint filer asking for them to give me evidence or remove the baseless claim.
Fellow sellers, what else can I do in this situation? Does anyone have any experience in such a scenario? I am hoping Amazon acts rightly but I know the bots they have swarming the customer service are quite unsympathetic, I am worried that I may lose my product or business because of such a silly claim. What can I do to protect myself? Does this complaint remain in my account even if I prove otherwise? Just looking for guidance here. Please and thanks everyone, since Amazon is threatening to suspend me which is so silly because it would take 30 seconds to realize that it is all nonsense.
I submitted evidence of my invoice with actual product photos, and the system responded with this:
"
Thank you for using Amazon.
Thank you for providing the information. Due to some missing information, we have decided that we are unable to resume listing at this time. To resume listing, please submit one of the following documents to prove that the listed item is genuine.
-- A Letter of Authorization (LOA) or License Agreement (LA) from the rights holder stating that you are authorized to use the intellectual property. Contact information for the rights holder can be found in the suspension notice you receive.
-- An invoice showing that the item is original and not a reproduction or copy that infringes intellectual property rights.
-- Withdrawal of claims submitted directly to Amazon by rights holders. Contact information for the rights holder can be found in the suspension notice you receive.
"
Not sure what to re-submit here or how to combat this attack along with the ignorance on Amazon's end. If a human actually reviewed the case it would be over in a matter of minutes. Please anyone, looking for guidance. Not sure what else to do, and I can lose a lot of money because of this false attack.

There are several ways to get in touch with a human contact person on the net, so why don't you try those?
For JP, though, they are basically all explanatory articles in Japanese.
I can't post the URL for this forum, so you'll have to look it up yourself.
Or you could try asking questions to English-speaking sellers who sell in JP, rather than here in the forum.
