Support Members Do Not Respect Sellers

I am sick of Seller Support members and their non-existing work ethic. Almost half of the cases are being replied without even reading the case details.

This is simply disrespectful to the sellers and their issues.

You realize we lose money because of the problems you don't even bother to read, right?

For my latest issue, which is about country-specific image uploads, I waited 16 days to get a response. Finally, I got one that was totally irrelevant.

Seller support members don't read the emails. They just have a look and see some highlights, such as ''image upload, and that's it. They reply with a policy link that is irrelevant and close the case. And if you don't fight back, there is no way to get a solution.

This needs to stop. Amazon needs to check how their seller support members reply to cases ASAP.

Amazon is becoming more dysfunctional every day. It is almost as if Jeff Bazos internal policies if stating to fall apart. If the AI Bot can't solve the problem, let it go.
