Product was delivered to the customer's address and he said he didn't receive it and wants it delivered in another city than the one registered in the purchase.
A customer purchased a product and it was shipped and received on 07/28. The customer got in touch saying he didn't receive it and sent another address in another state and city to send the product again. How should I proceed or where can I get better guidance on how to proceed in this case. Thanks

Do not send another product to a different address, that is against Amazon policy.
Did you use Amazon Buy Shipping? If they want a replacement (they have to use the amazon system to request that), but they have to have the original to return (this will help alleviate a scam).
To receive the product, they will have to place a new order with the new address. They can however open an A-Z claim for INR, but if you used buy shipping, you should be covered.
Be prepared and have all tracking and documentation that item was shipped on time, delivered on time and to where the buyer requested it initially.
