Do FBM for a short tiem. About a month ago, Amazon auto offer an prepaid return lable for order 111-9849687-2469035 and we paid $54.36 for it. But 20 days later, they recharge another $189.35 for an adjustment. So I total paid $243.71 for the return shipping, but the item costs only $149.98.

I asked more details about the adjusment fee, and they said the pacakge measured 66.0 X 4.0 X 30.0 IN rather than 46 X 32 X 3.3 IN. We did send the pacakge in the right size 46 X 32 X 3.3 IN and it costs $34.09 by Fedex to ship to the customer. So if he couldn't disassemble the item back to the original package, should we take repsonsible for the extra shipping fee? Or does the UPS measure it wrong? I'm not sure about it because the pacakge has been throw away.
