Why Would a Coupon Expire Before Expiration Date? Coupon Time Warp
Is there any reason whatsoever a coupon would expire- and I mean it says EXPIRED- before the actual expiration date? Today is Dec 11 2024, the coupon was set to expire Dec 16 2024 yet it expired overnight. Is there any reason this can happen other than the natural change of date? If we canceled it, it would say canceled. I tried to find a reason for Coupon Time Warp but can't find it. It means we have to babysit coupons we assumed were working.

Have you ever checked the budget before?
If a coupon ran out of given budget, it would have stopped running.

As you note, there might be situations where coupon errors might occur, budget is exhausted, or a coupon is suppressed, but a pre-mature expiration may not fit neatly into those buckets. The Coupons Terms and Conditions do reserve the right to "modify or cancel any coupon you create and suspend or terminate any feature of the Coupons Program at any time at our discretion." - but hopefully our support teams can assist in this.
