A to Z Claim Issues
Customer bought an item from us, we shipped using amazon buy shipping. Customer initiated a return, and returned a empty box, (customer kept the item) opened an A-to-Z claim (instant approval), got the item and a refund.
We appealed the initial decision stating customer returned empty box, and images of the returned package are available upon request as we could not attach it to the claim. Amazon close the claim stating their initial decision was correct.
can anyone tell us what we did wrong or how to get this another appealed.

Tatiana from Amazon here. This certainly sounds like a confusing set up and can understand your frustration.
Can you tell me if the buyer initiated the return before or after they filed the A-to-Z claim?
Additionally, can you provide me with the order ID so I can take a closer look at your appeal?
