Amazon customer left me negative feedback for item not received,

A customer left me a negative feedback because item not arrived via USPS. I lost my item and expense for the label and negative feedback. i called help desk to help me but no help.

I looked into the case that you provided and have found that this feedback is not eligible for removal. The reason is because the feedback provided is regarding the item arriving damaged and as this order was seller-fulfilled, it is the seller's responsibility to ensure that the item is packaged appropriately to mitigate damage.

For future reference, Amazon can only remove feedback in the following cases:

  • The feedback includes words commonly understood to be obscene or profane.
  • The feedback includes seller-specific, personally identifiable information, including email addresses, full names, or telephone numbers.
  • The entire feedback comment is a product review.
