How to Get Reimbursed - Surprise! Amazon is Counting Pennies
I usually just blow it off if I get a bad reimbursement for a safe-t claim but not this time.
I had a customer order a 5 pack of child socks. Weight: 3.6 oz. The customer submitted for a return, returned it 60 days later. Additionally, the Amazon UPS label was for a 3 LB package! Amazon reimbursed us $2,99 for the label. I appealed it for some rationality some place in Amazon but I was just given another $0.43 - yes that is cents. Not only is Amazon making us eat dirt by not providing for % refund for the product's late return but we are getting no reimbursement for the overcharged return label. I took a picture of the item to show it doesn't weigh anywhere near 3 lbs.
What can I do at this point?

Hi @Seller_teJJS3Io16ofw,
Tatiana from Amazon here. I'd like to take a closer look at the Safe-T claim in question here. Can you provide me with either the order ID or the Safe-T claim ID?
I may not be able to escalate the claim, but I do want to take a second look to see if I can get some more information for you.
