My account was deactivated. I sent the appeals, but the only answer I have is from a bot, with the same and old information.

I tried a lot of times to get contact with the Amazon Japan team, but aparentely nobody speaks English. At least, there is no support in English.

I really need to talk to somebody (a live human person) in English.

Does anybody knows how to talk by phone to an Amazon Japan representative in English?
