Problem adding virtual bundle

Hi, does anyone have issue adding virtual bundle?

I have created a few days ago and it still not showing up in my seller central. All I have is this submitted message, then nothing happen. I have tried different ASINs still not working. I don't know what to do, any suggestion would be appreciated.
