Were you able to restore the Buy Box or did it simply resolve itself? We are having the same issue with selling used/new textbooks. We've been selling on Amazon for over 10 years and we have over 3,500 offers. Our Featured Offers percentage went to 0% a month ago and we haven't be able to get any offer back into the buy box despite having the best pricing, plenty of stock, and a healthy account. Our sales are down 90%
