Is there a way to create a promotion / coupon using a code or specific link to my listing?

I know how to create promotional discounts as well as coupons for my listings on Amazon. However, I cannot figure out if there is a way to coupon using a code or specific link to my listing.
The scenario that I am after is that I would like to offer a discount only to people I know, like friends and family. I watched a video on YouTube from a while back that showed how to create a bunch of coupon codes, which can then be shared with individuals. However, in Amazon's current interface I cannot find a way to general a code or any similar way to create a personalized link with a discount.
Can anyone please help me understand if there is any way to do what I need?

Hi @Seller_ivSqMTTc4FLLR,
To my knowledge, we do not offer a way to create friends and family codes, specifically. However, you do have the ability to create social media promo codes. I would think you can direct your friends and family to that code.
Let me know if that answers your question! I can keep researching on my end if this isn't quite what you're looking for.
