I cannot find my Merchant Token Id

Hi. My account is in opening suspend since 3-4 years. Finally I got a video I'd iverification link.So the appointment form ask me my Merchant Id. But I haven't any merchant id. I have checked checked everywhere. How can I find it.

I see that you are attempting to schedule the video verification call and you would like to know how to find your merchant token. @Seller_J46Ruz3VzvWCV has provided a helpful link for your resource. Typically, if you are a professional seller you will be able to find it by following these steps:

• From the Settings drop-down menu, select Account info.

• In the Business information section, select Merchant token.

If you are not a professional seller, you can login to your seller central and check in the upper right hand corner of the page where it says merchant:**************. Can you confirm if you are a professional seller or and individual seller? Were you able to find the merchant token by the options we have provided?
