Catch 22 -- Any Suggestions "Match Only"
I am trying to add an item to the catalog as I have done hundreds of times. I received an error 5461. I've received this error many times also. That normally requires images of the item, a title, brand, UPC, and category. But for some reason, I am getting blocked. SS wants me to register the brand, but this isn't my brand. They are mentioning the "Match Only" program, but refuse to tell me what that is or why it applies to this brand and not other brands.
After a very odd conversation that was unhelpful, SS hung up on me...
He seems to be saying that there is a policy that he is unable to share that requires this specific brand to enroll in brand registry before any ASINs can be create for this brand.
Note: There are many ASINs for this brand.

Hey @Seller_0xdtD36hDLHBC, I see that you've already chatted with Seller Support, but if you want to open up a case to get clarification, please let me know the case ID! Error 5461 basically means that you are trying to add an ASIN for a brand that you don't have permission to do so for. I'll also link a video here on resolving error 5461.
