Unable to login to seller central using primary email address
I am hoping some can assist, I am trying to log in to our uk seller central account using our primary email address but it is saying the credentials are not recognised.
Not sure how to get help with this. We can log in using other user details but as they are not the owner we cannot fully access the account.

If you see that error message, that means that either the e-mail or password are not entered correctly, have you changed your credentials recently by any chance?
If you haven't, you can follow the "forgot your password" steps under the "Need Help?" hyperlink to reset it.
