現在、弊社はブランドオーナー企業との契約に基づき、代理としてブランド登録（Brand Registry）を進めております。ブランドオーナー側の弁護士からは、Case Log番号が記載されたメールを受領しており、そのメール内にVerification Codeも記載されておりました。

しかしながら、Brand Registryページにて該当のCase Log番号を入力しても、情報が確認できず、Verification Codeの有効性を証明する手段が見つかりません。

このような場合、どのように対応すればよろしいでしょうか？

I hope this message finds you well.

We are currently in the process of registering a brand on behalf of the brand owner, based on a formal agreement between our company and the brand owner.

The brand owner's legal representative has sent us an email containing a Case Log number, along with the corresponding verification code. However, when we attempt to enter the Case Log number on the Brand Registry page, no information appears, and we are unable to verify the validity of the verification code through the current process.

Could you kindly advise us on how to proceed in this case?
