Trouble Uploading and Updating Main Product Images on Amazon Listings

Hello fellow sellers,

I’ve been struggling to update the main product images for my listings and could really use some advice. My wife initially uploaded images that didn’t meet Amazon’s guidelines. We’ve been trying to replace them with compliant images, but every time we upload, it says “Upload successful, please wait 72 hours,” yet nothing changes.

We’ve tried every method suggested by support and keep getting the same generic instructions. Escalations to managers haven’t been helpful either.Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any suggestions on resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
