The customer confusing the expiration date with the production date and Amazon not accepting all my evidence

I am writing to express my concerns regarding recent issues with my product listings.
Despite providing clear evidence of the manufacturing date and expiration date on my products, Amazon has not accepted any of my documents. Instead, I have received automated responses that do not address my specific situation.
I want to emphasize that all my documents are complete and accurate. Currently, I have 170 more products in stock whose validity can be verified. To date, I have sold over 2,000 units of this product without a single complaint. I have never encountered any issues until now. Additionally, someone has stated that the product’s expiration date expired 11 months ago. If you look at the photo, the manufacturing date is 11 months ago. Despite having multiple pieces of evidence, Amazon continues to provide automated responses.
It is extremely frustrating to feel that I am not being treated fairly in this process. I have consistently adhered to Amazon’s guidelines and provided all the required information in a timely manner. It is appalling that a detailed review by a human representative who can fairly evaluate my situation based on my evidence has not been conducted. Do you have any knowledge or suggestions on what I should do in this situation?

I suggest to make it more clear which date is which.
I, myself, could not know the difference between the expiration date and manufacturing date looking at your attached image.
Admittance of guilt tends to work well when appealing violations. I would change the formatting of your expiration date and manufacturing date to include obvious labels that say which is which. I would show your knew design to Amazon and see if they allow you to appeal the violation knowing your packaging has been improved.

I have to admit that some of those tags on clothing, where multiple symbols are shown for care, etc. leave me confused.
Using symbols rather than the letters Exp: might be confusing to some because there is some interpretation involved rather than just reading words. If one really thought about what the hourglass is showing (time running out), it would make sense, but as we know, some buyers are clueless. They use LOT for the lot number so why use symbols for the expiration and manufacturing dates?
This is a major, well-known brand and I'm questioning the use of symbols and the format for the date. Are these meant for sale in the US or other countries? US dates are typically formatted MM/DD/YY rather than DD/MM/YY. That's more of a European thing, so the packaging does seem a bit odd for the US.

Hello @Seller_74jDNDgeVWSQC,
Thank you for posting your concerns with and expired product complaint.
The first inquiry I have is how you are fulfilling your orders, are you using fulfillment by amazon, or shipping these yourself? Secondly what specific documentation have you provided to show proof of compliance? We will normally ask for invoices, bill of lading, or other supporting documentation associated to your batch ID as confirmation of the expiry date. We need to be able to confirm that the products were not expired prior to being shipped to the customer or a fulfillment center.
As additional concern pointed out by @Seller_LImVvUWeyiCfQ is that the US labeling requirements should be formatted as MM/DD/YY which can be seen in our expiry date attributes page, which also links to our expiration dates on FBA products page where the format can be identified as confirmation. If the products do not meet our requirements, they may need to be removed from the fulfillment center.
I also wanted to inquire if you had any related case logs where we could look further into your situation or where documentation was provided to offer some guidance or next steps.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
