Yesterday 20th May 2025, I received a E-MAIL from amazon.JP told me I have an product was identified as Cartridge gas stove products, As my product requires an approval process, it was suppressed now. they said If I wish to continue selling the product, please provide the relevant documents to apply for a review process. If I fail to provide sufficient documents, the product will not be reinstated for sale. meanwhile they attached an link for me get additional information related to Amazon's requirements, so I thought it just an product compliance issue, nothing to do with impact any account metric just like any other child product need to provide CPC document, just for my option to provide compliance document or not, still sell it or not, and then I clicked the link provided in Email, it took me to the Product Policy Compliance page But nothing there for me to provide document or appeal, just blank, but I notice my account score indeed has been deducted extra 8 score on top of my other violations previously triggered, because yesterday morning I checked my account score is 184, and then I routed to the policy violation page, it still keep the status in March 2025 no new violation added, just 2 old violations about restricted products having impact out there, to wit, my account should have been deducted only 8x2=16 scores, not 24 scores totally, given I don't have any score increase credited by 200 order within 180days, so my basic score is 200 score, so I really don't know where another 8 scores deduction come from? I have contacted account specialist and seller support , they can't give an rationale answer they just say because of I don't have order so being deducted score which is not be able to stand for scrutiny, because I never increased score by enough orders, how come AMAZON will decrease basic metrics that originally belong to seller's account, sincerely hope your reply, thank you @Seller_oHEZlSAsj6oFE @Seller_Ul6LfZzcBi5Vk
