Error 5461 after receiving brand approval
Dear Amazon Team,
Thank you for your support. I’m a new seller and have been tirelessly trying to complete my product listing.
Case ID: 17885590281
After receiving approval for my brand "Aerisoul," I attempted to list a new product under this brand. However, I encountered the following error:
"5461: You may not create new ASINs for this brand Aerisoul. If you believe the product you want to sell is not already listed in the Amazon catalogue and should be listed as a new ASIN, submit an application by clicking here and completing the form."
It appears that I am being asked to go through the listing approval process for "Aerisoul" once again, even though the brand was already approved.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would greatly appreciate your help in allowing me to list new products under my approved brand without having to reapply.

Thank you for your post here. My name is Sandy from the Community Manager team here on forums.
I looked into case 17885590281 and it seems like Seller Support is mentioning brand registry (with trademark). However, looking into the attachments you posted and case ID 17883212781 you applied for brand name (without trademark).
When looking into the time stamps, it has not been 24 hours since the Catalog Authorization request for Aerisoul application approval has been submitted. (although it is close, 22 hours to be exact)
Since it may take longer than 24 hours to sync at times, by suggestion is to wait until tomorrow and try again. If you encounter this error again tomorrow let me know.
