Lost featured offer eligibility/buy box Twice a Year

We have been selling items on Amazon for 3 years and we have always been eligible for the featured offer (Buy Box). We have several hundred items for sale and until 9/5, Our Featured Offer % became 0%. We lost our featured offer eligibility across all of our ASIN'S.

Our account health rating is 332, ODR is 0.86%,Our shipping metrics are perfect, and our feedback percentage is 4.2 Star.

This sudden and bewildering loss of eligibility is terribly alarming as almost all our sales are through the featured offers. Our orders decrease sharply.We can not open ad because all the Asins are featured offer 0%.

This seems to have become a norm for third-party sellers, as long as customers initiate A to Z claims or are dissatisfied with your service, you may lose your Buy Box.

We tried to register the Customer Service by Amazon,because Amazon mentioned this will reduce the A to Z,Actually this truely reduce the A to Z claim,but the 1 star feedback increased fast,There is a limit for requesting A to Z if your store register the CSBA,but customer can still leave negative feedback,It will affect ODR too.The CSBA is terrible it brings lots of negative feedback.It caused our Negative feedback rate 0.81%.We think this is the main reason that our Featured Offer % became 0%.

We open a case but it doesn't help at all,We hope someone can help us explain this issue.
