Word to the wise - Rejected Product Vid vs. "community-help@amazon.com"

Spent time and $ to get a professional product introduction video made and it was rejected as it contained "medical advice or medical claims". My product has nothing to do with medical anything.

Customer Support suggested I appeal and showed me how to do that via an email to "community-help@amazon.com"

...who never acknowledged or answered the email.

Knowing that cases expire in 3 days I decided that each day I didn't get a response from "Community-help" I would ask for help from Customer Support.

After 4 days, and as many Amazon Customer Support associates on phone and email not giving me a clear answer I got my answer today from Customer Support.

My product video was rejected because I stated (fact) that my product and packaging is made to be recyclable and bio-degradable.

A feature with a benefit... that's ideal...

First, thank you to the 4th Amazon Customer Associate who actually read my appeal, looked at my video and gave a clear response. (Time and money efficiency managers should not get their bonus this year...)

Second, I wish Amazon would take a leadership role in encouraging sustainable products and packaging for its own organization as well as its' vendors.  How powerful that would be.
