ASIN is classified as adult item and search suppressed
My top seller asin is classified as adult item. I've opened two cases and still has not been resolved for 5 days. I've lost lots of sales and impact my business very badly.
This is the second time that i've experienced the same issue with the same asin. The first issue was resolved quickly but this time has not been resolved yet and seller support said they are working with other Amazon teams and they are not helpfull.
Has anyone experienced same issue and any suggestions to resolve it? This is one of the best selling item on beach towel catagory. The item is not related to adult item. This is just beach towel with bagged. I need your urgent and kindly assistance.

Just wanted to check if you saw my earlier reply on your colleague @Seller_fk1Xnbm49kejG’s post: (link)
From what I can tell, the photo above "Wide Range of Colors and Patterns" in your A Plus content might be the main thing triggering the adult item classification. If you have not already, maybe try swapping out that image and see if it helps.
By the way, posting about the same issue in a few places can sometimes make it harder for moderators and the community to follow along, so it is usually easier for everyone if we keep everything in one thread.
Let us know if changing that image does not fix it and we can try to think of other things together.
