Another FBA Removal Order and it's not ours
Literally twice a month (the 5th and 20th) like clockwork we get FBA removal orders. They aren't ours. How do I know this? Because we haven't sent any items to FBA. They are all from a specific brand that we sell (along with many other sellers). Sometimes the products we get back are not even products we have in our catalog (although once again we do carry the brands products and are an authorized reseller). The big problem is that Amazon charges us for these removal orders.
One of the ways we have been able to work around this issue is by simply canceling the removal orders the day that it shows up in our amazon account. As it comes on the 5th and 20th, it's simple enough. Sometimes though (like today) it randomly comes up and we are not able to catch it. This is the Removal order ID:CwADRxD3Xe
I did also notice that this time it also came with a new notification/error. Here is what the message was
Order source :RCW_SC_FBA_Val_mar_onetime_removal
Usually the notification/error we receive is:
Order source :Amazon-initiated Automated Unfulfillable Removal System
I would appreciate it if someone could help resolve this issue either once at for all, or at the very least if an amazon support staff would help get the Removal order ID:CwADRxD3Xe canceled.

I just saw the same thing too. Removal order, clearly not created by us with the exact same Order source: RCW_SC_FBA_Val_mar_onetime_removal. What even is that?
Moreover, I have no idea what the product is. It only shows FNSKU. ASIN and SKU are labeled as "unknown". And anyway even searching it up by fnsku this product is not a part of our catalog. Wth is this? Did you manage to find any info about it?
