I’m reaching out in frustration regarding a long-standing issue with the reinstatement of our ASIN. We’ve had an open case for over a month now, and despite our efforts, the product remains unavailable for purchase through FBA. We’re in urgent need of assistance to resolve this matter.
We have two active cases:
Case 1: ID 15734231461
Case 2: ID 15758847741
The primary issue seems to be a rejection of our GCC, but we’ve received no clarity on what’s missing or inaccurate. Despite numerous attempts to get a response from Amazon or the internal team reviewing the case, we’ve received no updates or useful feedback.If anyone has experienced a similar issue or has any advice on how to expedite this process, your help would be greatly appreciated.
