Repeated rejection of CPC and Test Report compliance documents
(If anyone from Amazon steps in here, the active Case ID is 14488029171)
Our labs finally completed CPC and testing for some toddler furniture that we sell. Our first set of compliance documents were rejected because they didn't state certification of several specific safety rules. We paid to get a new lab to address all of the stated safety rules but now we're getting stuck on 2 areas:
1. "Images showing tracking label permanently affixed on physical product. Manufacturer or private labeler (distributor) name and address [located in the United States]" - This is strange because our submitted photos clearly show all of these details.
2. "Citation to each CPSC children’s product safety rule to which this product is being certified [CPSIA 101 AND CPSIA 108]. All the testing lab names, complete mailing address, and phone number matching the lab name on the submitted test report" - Same as #1, the CPC document that we submitted clearly states all the CPSC safety rules that were certified. It is a short document and also has all the required lab information on the last page.
Should we insert red circles and red arrows showing them all the information they requested?

Hi there @Seller_NE6KVKCyTJeOl,
Thank you for reaching out with your concerns. I would recommend that you ensure that your image clearly ties to the same product that you are appealing. I suspect the issue is that it doesn't also show that it is attached to the relevant product. I would make sure that your file name clearly indicates the ASIN it relates to.
Regarding the issues with "Citation to each CPSC children’s product safety rule to which this product is being certified" it needs to specifically call out the specific rules including 101 and 108 which do not appear to be included in the document from your lab. I would reach out to the lab to ensure that they have reviewed against these specific CPSIA rules.
These teams are limited in what information they can provide which means that these responses are standardized. You will want to make sure that you have provided clear information regarding your product and provide the most details you can including showing images of the product in and outside packaging.
If you are still having issues after updating this information please reach out to me again here. Have a great day.
