Trademark Not Recognized by Amazon System Despite Filing via IP Accelerator

I’m experiencing an issue with my trademark filed through the IP Accelerator program.

The trademark was filed with the USPTO on January 22, 2025.

I was informed that it would take 48 hours for Amazon’s system to sync with USPTO data and recognize the trademark.

It has now been 4 days, and the trademark is still not verified in Amazon’s system.

I have already contacted Amazon support and was provided Case ID: 17078740541, but I haven’t received any clear resolution or timeline for this to be resolved.

I would appreciate assistance or clarification on why this delay is occurring and what steps I should take next to ensure the trademark is verified.

Well, there is your problem. Copy and paste your USTPO Registration number in the Google Brouwer. What comes up? That is what the Amazon Bot does. Just because you paid the money and got a number instantly, doesn't mean it has been final processes thru the Govt. agency.

We have seen this issue pop up in the past and I've gone ahead and escalated to the proper team to get it addressed! I'll let you know as soon as I hear back from them which I expect to be in a few days.
