A buyer intentionally returned the wrong item and now is demanding a refund

So I closed the return without issuing a refund and now they are demanding that I refund them anyways. I told them I would not refund because they sent back a tiny sticker intentionally and are basically a shoplifter.

Any suggestions?

You can ship back what they shipped you and ask for the item you sold to be returned (through messages). If they continue to demand a refund, mark as n response needed.

Take pictures of what and how the wrong item was returned to you. They can suit an A-Z claim (hence the more evidence you have the better), they could leave negative feedback as well.
