How to contact Amazon Japan Account Health team?
My account Health is Good, But i violated another company which is using different brand name by selling our own products. so i need to contact to Japan Account health team.
I was tryed over 10 times to visit account health page and contact but it was failed because i don't have any japan number. but when i made a case, they always told me you need to click "Call me now" and make a case to the e-mail. But when i did that, there is nowhere to send via e-mail, because I'm korean seller. If i change the country to other countries,the warning msg appeared like 'You can send it only via e-mail' but i cannot find anywhere.
Can you please help me to resolve this problems?
