The brand I want to use first reported error 5665, and then reported error 5461 after approval
My brand reported error 5665 at first, so I submitted the product image and applied. On June 8, the brand was approved, but when I uploaded the product, it reported error 5461 that the brand needed authorization, so I submitted the application again according to the application button, but the reply said that the brand was restricted. I opened a case to communicate with the seller support online, and they asked me to submit the information again to help me transfer it to manual review, but the reply I received so far is still that the application is not accepted. Can friends who have the same experience or the seller support team tell me why?

Thank you for reaching out with your concerns with your ability to list these products. These two ASINs are different issues. Error 5665 is regarding creating new Brands that currently don't exist on Amazon. Once this is approved Amazon also has restriction on who can create ASINs for a given Brand. Error Code 5461 is regarding you specifically being able to make ASINs for the brand. While the Brand is legitimate and allowed to be listed, you don't have approval to create new listings for that Brand because you aren't the Brand Owner or have relationship with them.
You will need to work with the Brand to get a Brand Registry selling role to get approval to create ASINs for the Brand. Thank you for your understanding.
