Can someone help me - I am brand owner (still awaiting registration) but I fill in forms when prompted :
Brand authorisation required: The ability to create or edit ASINs using this brand name is restricted to authorised sellers. You need to apply for approval to add or modify products for this brand.
I submit forms with my images, letters etc however I then get response saying :
Kindly be informed that ASINs for the requested brand “redacted” already exists on catalog with different PTDs.
How do I find this ASIN ? Is this my pending brand registration?
