My account says Inactive, How do I fix

My account says Inactive, How do I fix

I received an email from support on 12/30/24 stated I need to identify myself. I submitted my ID and the emailed stated they need me to up upload again. There were several link in the stating how to upload my documents but when I click on all of them it says "account inactive." When I click help it says "account inactive." I've never used the account because I was working on getting products. My credit card is updated and I just can't get passed this screen. I also only want to sell in the US but it shows Canada and Mexico too. How to I get my account active again. It feels hopeless. I have never used it. I tried clicking on Account health, help, add product to get to help but it all comes back to the same screen. "Account Inactive." The email that I received on 12/30/24 stated I had 10 days to resolve. Please help.
