Refund initiated emails

we aren’t getting any refund initiated emails for all the returns we have been processing for the last two weeks! We complete at least 50-70 returns a day and not getting any of those refund completed emails to confirm refunds have been issued!

Same here. Usually when those emails come in, the return for that order number is closed in the returns section so we know which buyers were successfully refunded and which return is still pending.

Can a mod please look into this?
