I tried to enter my new number several times, but the request was not accepted every time this message was shown to me

Let's start from the very beginning. First thing I would like you to try is to go to your "Business Address and Phone Number" located at:
Gear at the top right > Account info > Business Information > Business Address and Phone Number
Are you inserting the phone number on the following way:
+country-codexxxxxxx
If not, please “Add a new Address” and correct the phone number using the format described above, including the international country code (with + as prefix) or change the phone number by clicking "Add a new business phone", and add a different phone number.
Make sure you add the exact same address as previous address to complete verification successfully.
