Problem with changing phone number and address

I hope you find this message in good condition. I am writing to you because of a problem that happened to me.

I tried to enter my new number several times, but the request was not accepted every time this message was shown to me

Phone number verification failed

You have exhausted all your attempts to verify the authenticity of your business phone number.

Please help in solving this problem

Let's start from the very beginning. First thing I would like you to try is to go to your "Business Address and Phone Number" located at:

Gear at the top right > Account info > Business Information > Business Address and Phone Number

Are you inserting the phone number on the following way:

+country-codexxxxxxx

If not, please “Add a new Address” and correct the phone number using the format described above, including the international country code (with + as prefix) or change the phone number by clicking "Add a new business phone", and add a different phone number.

Make sure you add the exact same address as previous address to complete verification successfully.
