Please help!! We have listings hijacked by Soikoi, and it looks like there are quite a lot of seller experiencing the same as well.
i contacted Amazon CS multiple times, but they didn't do anything about it, but asked me to contact the "brand's owner" to asked them for approval to sell our own brand of products, which is really ridiculous.
can someone from Amazon please help to look into this and have my listing back? also can someone explain to me, how can someone be able hijack others listing and even change the contents of it, & amazon is not doing anything about it?

we have also filed multiple complain and open a few cases for this hijacked case, but no actions were taken by Amazon, and we are completely stuck right now, it's been 2 months already, we cannot send item to FBA, we cannot make any changes to the listing, and we cannot continue to sell a few of the products we have until this is resolved.
so can someone from Amazon please help to have this resolved for us?
