Re-verification issue - Residence country
Hi everyone, Over the weekend we received an email from Amazon to re-verify our seller account. The process was clear and we had all the documents they asked for which was an ID and the company bank statement.
No where was it mentioned to upload a "residence" address proof.
Now Amazon responds that the "The country of residence that you selected in Seller Central when you registered your account does not match the country in the documents that you provided. " and that our account has not been activated.
The email also says to "register a new account with a new email address" - We have been selling using this account for years.
What are we supposed to do? I went to check the details on the account info and cannot find residence address anywhere. Please help..

I have a similar problem.
I got exactly the same response from Amazon after submitting my deposit method statement.
All information in Seller Central and in the bank statement is identical. And even more so the country of registration.
❗ Please tell me, did you provide an account statement from Payoneer?
❗ Did you attach a photo of your passport or other document confirming your identity?

Payoneer is not accepted FOR VERIFICATION needs. Payoneer is not a bank but a payment provider. If they ask a bank statement you have to send a statement of a true, real bank.

Hi, i got the same message. spent hours on searching and hours on talking with help line, but still could not solve the issue. i have provided exactly same bank statement and passport but still Amazon is saying my resident country is different when i applied than mentioned in documents... strange need help here too
