FBA inbound shipment missing a UPS label

Case ID: 15408152861

Last Friday when I was setting up an FBA inbound shipment, I noticed there is a sub-shipment was not printing a UPS label but just the FBA one. The other 4 sub-shipments were fine as usual. I retried the steps in the process but it's the same. I chatted with a (warm body person) customer rep, they had never seen this situation before and passed this to their "internal team" to look at and promised it would be resolved in 24 hours. 72hrs+ later, here I'm typing this.

Whomever you chatted with didn't chat with me. Had the same issue Friday. Chatted for an hour, then transferred to a technical team. Response back from them didn't even try to address the issue.

Had to work around it Friday and choose not-ideal shipping/inbound inventory fee combination.

So far today we haven't run into that issue. But the day is still young.
