LTL Shipment driver only picked up 1 pallet and left 2 at the warehouse
Hi Everyone,
I had an ltl shipment for pick up scheduled for today, the driver came and only picked up 1 pallet instead of 3.
I guess there was a miss comunication between the driver and the dock .
The driver signed the BOL stating all 3 pallets .
The remaining 2 pallets are ready for pick up as well.
The driver thought he picked up all 3 and left whereas he only picked up 1 pallet..
need urgent attention and reply on this.
i have already created a case log with amazon but no reply so far

It is all about paying attention to the details. It could take months to, if ever, to sort things out. I will say good luck, because luck is the only thing that will help you out of this situation. with signed and initialed documation, nobody wants to admit there was a mistake.
