Beware Refunds on Amazon Seller App
I have noticed when I issue refunds using the Amazon Seller app that it will refund the total order amount regardless if only showing one item on the order. This is fine when only 1 item on the order or if multiple items and all the items are returned; however, if there are multiple items and not all are returned and a refund is issued through the app, the refund will be the total order amount.
Be cautious when issuing refunds through the Seller app. I have resorted to checking the number of items on the order when using Seller app and if multiple items, then I login to Seller Central website and go to "Manage Returns" so that items that weren't returned and shipping fees are not refunded.
The Seller app is buggy sometimes as well when issuing refunds. I will get error messages even though a refund was issued. Anyone else experience these issues?
