Inactive Account

Hello everyone, my account has been inactive due to issues with my credit card, as I had it frozen temporarily due to suspicious charges. Now that I've reactivated it and resolved the credit card issues, the account still shows as inactive. It says I need to provide my business address and phone number, but when I click the link to update, it takes me to the screen shown in the photo above. When I hit continue it directs me to a link to “begin verification in north america” then directs me another link to “reactivate account”. But when I clicked it, it then leads me to this page (as shown above) again.
Has anyone had this issue before?

It’s really frustrating trying to get help with this issue. I contacted Amazon support about my seller account, but instead of resolving the problem, they sent me a link to email Amazon support. Unfortunately, the link just took me back to the “inactive account” page again.

I tried to fix it myself, but I keep getting redirected to the same “inactive account” page. It’s extremely frustrating! I have an order to fulfill, but I can’t log into my account. Now, my account might be impacted because I’m unable to manage the order on time. This is unbelievable!
