How do I win the Buy Box?

To win the Buy Box, first make sure that both you and your listed items are eligible. To know more about how to become Buy Box eligible, refer to the following help page. Becoming eligible to win the Buy Box doesn not guarantee that you will win it. However, there are a few things you can do to increase your chances to win the Buy Box.

How do I show my listing information on the product detail page?

Detail pages are shared with other sellers who can offer the same product. Amazon chooses what information to include on the product detail page based on manufacturer and seller contributions. To know more, refer to Product detail pages and offers.

How do I Create Sponsored Products?

How do I check the status of shipments to Amazon's fulfillment centers?

From the Shipping Queue page, you can monitor the status of your shipments to Amazon's fulfillment centers. For more information, see Troubleshoot Receiving Issues.

How do I list for products that require approval ?

We want customers to be able to shop with confidence on Amazon. For certain products and categories, Amazon might require additional fees, performance checks, and other qualifications. For more information, see: Products requiring approval.

How do I handle for returns?

For FBA: You can find a list of returned FBA purchases in the FBA customer returns report. When a customer returns an item, we assess the condition (disposition) of the returned item and then process the return based on the condition. For more information, see FBA Returns.

For MFN: To ensure a consistent experience for buyers, you must match or exceed Amazon's return policies. See detail.
