FAQ - What if I could not respond to the buyer because I was on vacation?

If you plan to stop selling due to vacation (or for any other reason) you can update your account settings to receive return request emails with links to Authorize, Close, or Reply, and you can have Amazon automatically authorize return requests. You are responsible for processing return requests and responding to messages from buyers within 48 hours, so it is important that you update your account settings accordingly.
