Change login settings

To change your account e-mail address, follow these steps:

  1. In your seller account, go to Settings and click Login Settings.
  2. Click Edit next to the Email field to bring up the Change Email form.
  3. Enter your new email address, re-enter your new email address, and enter your password in the fields where indicated.
  4. Click Save Changes.

To change your account password, follow these steps:

  1. In your seller account, go to Settings and click Login Settings.
  2. Click Edit next to the Password field to bring up the Change Password form.
  3. Enter your current password, enter your new password, and re-enter your new password in the fields where indicated.
  4. Click Save Changes.

If you have two-step verification enabled, you might be required to enter a security code to make changes to your Advanced Security Settings. Learn more about two-step verification.

Note: If you use XML or AMTU to integrate with Seller Central, you must also update your email address and password for those transmissions so they will continue to work properly.

Choose a Strong Password

To change your account email address and password, follow these steps:

  1. In your seller account, select Settings and click Login Settings.
  2. In the E-mail area, click Edit.
  3. In the New e-mail field, type the email address you want to use.
  4. In the Re-enter new email field, re-type your new email address.
  5. In the In your seller account, select Settings and click Login Settings.
  6. In the Password field, type your current password.
  7. Click Save Changes to save your changes and return to Login Settings.
  8. In the Password area, click Edit.
  9. In the Current password field, type your current password.
  10. In the New password field, type your new password.
  11. In the Reenter new password field, re-type your new password.
  12. Click Save Changes to save your changes.

If you have Two-Step Verification enabled, you may be required to enter a security code to make changes to your Advanced Security Settings. Learn more about Two-Step Verification.
