The invisible ink pen is a pen with integrated UV light that uses transparent ink. Because they are often sold as "toys" to children, the button-type batteries which provide power for the UV light may touched by children. Only the products which have integrated UV light or black light are restricted. The products with separate UV light or black light are not eligible. The invisible ink pen products which have a separate UV light or black light are not restricted.
All invisible ink pens not meeting toy standards, but being offered as toys, are restricted for sale on Amazon. Invisible ink pens not being marketed as toys and being offered outside of child-related categories are OK for sale.
