If you are unable to fulfill orders for any reason (for example, going on holiday or vacation, family emergency, etc.), you must change your listing status in advance.

Making an announcement on the Seller Details page
You can have your announcement displayed on the Seller Details Page by following these steps.

In Seller Central, click Settings > Your Info & Policies.

Click About Seller and in Design View, enter the text you want to have displayed.

When you are finished, click Save.
Entering vacation information to items comments
On the Listing Loader template (L), enter your vacation or other necessary information to the condition note column. Your message will be displayed for every item you fill in the field.

Enter values for the "SKU", "price", "quantity", "leadtime-to-ship", "condition-type," and "condition-note" fields.

Upload the file when complete.
Note: The content of condition type field is not displayed for the Food and Apparel categories.
Displaying vacation information along with your Business Display Name
You can also add a message to your Business Display Name to grab your buyers’ attention immediately.
e.g: Amazon Store (shipping starts January 5)
Note: Using this option will change your Business Display Name. If another seller decides to use your original Business Display Name after you change it, you will no longer be able to use your original Business Display Name, as it will belong to the other seller.
